Peanut cake

Ingredients for the 3 crust cake sizes 40x22 cm
(to get a square cake and greater heights you can split it in a half):

    For the crust (the measure of one sheet is in brackets):
            15 (5)      egg whites
     510 (170) g    sugar
     750 (250) g    ground roasted peanuts 
    For the filling:
        15      egg yolks
     340 g    powdered sugar
     340 g    dark chocolate
     420 g    butter (optionally half butter half margarine)

Preparation:
      1 crust: Whisk 5 egg whites foamy, add 170g of sugar and whisk in a hard peak. Add 250g of ground roasted peanuts and slowly stir with wooden spoon. Pour the mixture into a baking tray size 40x22 cm lined with wax paper to get the crust thickness of about 1 cm and nicely leveled. Bake a crust on temperature of 200°C - 392°F for 15 minutes. Make 3 crusts.
Filling:
Mix butter with powdered sugar to a foam and add egg yolks. Mix it well and add melted chocolate. Mix it to a compact mass.
Daub every crust with filling and on top of cake sprinkle minced peanuts or decorate as you wish.

Kikiriki torta

Sastojci za 3 kore za tortu velicine 40x22 cm
(da bi se dobila deblja kvadratna torta kore se mogu iseci na pola):

    Za kore (mera za jednu koru je u zagradi):
            15 (5)      belanaca
     510 (170) g    secera
     750 (250) g    pecenog mlevenog kikirikija 
    Za fil:
        15      zumanaca
     340 g    secera u prahu
     340 g    crne cokolade – cokolade za kuvanje
     420 g    maslaca (po zelji moze pola maslac pola margarin)

Priprema:
      1 kora: Umutiti penasto 5 belanaca, dodati 170g secera i umutiti u cvrst sneg. Dodati 250g mlevenog pecenog kikirikija i polako izmesati varjacom. Sipati masu u pleh velicine 40x22 cm oblozenog pekarskim papirom i poravnati masu da se dobije kora debljine oko 1 cm. Peci na temperaturi 200°C - 392°F 15 minuta. Ispeci 3 kore.
Fil:
Penasto umutiti maslac i prah secer pa dodati zumanca. Dobro umutiti i dodati rastopljenu cokoladu. Umutiti da se dobije kompaktna masa.
Premazati svaku koru filom i po povrsini torte posuti mleveni kikiriki ili ukrasiti po zelji.
